YELLOW SQUASH PICKLES 
8 c. sliced yellow squash (use sm. squash)
3 green bell peppers
2 c. chopped onion

Put salt on mixture to draw out water (about 1 hour). Drain.

Mix:

2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Bring to boil. Add other ingredients. Put in hot jars and seal.
