BUTTER HORNS 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sour cream

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Cut butter into flour. Add egg yolk and sour cream. Mix well and shape into ball. Sprinkle with flour and wrap in waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator for several hours.

Combine sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts. Sprinkle board lightly with flour and divide dough into 4 parts. Roll out one portion at a time making a large circle about 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle with filling mixture and cut into 12 sections. Roll each wedge starting at widest part. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.
