COTTAGE BUTTER HORNS 
1 c. real butter, softened
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream all together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Divide dough in equal parts. Allow to sit at room temperature until easy to handle. Roll each part into a 10 inch diameter circle. Cut each circle in 12 pie shaped pieces. Roll up starting with wide end. Place on lightly buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-30 minutes.

Cool and frost with following "Creamy Glaze": 2 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 to 4 tbsp. "hot" water

Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in sugar and flavorings. Stir in water, 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.
