RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
1 9" unbaked pie crust 4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2" pieces 3 eggs 3 tbsp. milk 2 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour Put in pie crust. Slightly beat eggs. Add this mixture to beaten eggs. Pour over unbaked pie crust. Optional - cover with lattice pie crust. Bake 50-60 minutes. |
