REFRIGERATOR PASTRY 
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Crumble dry ingredients and shortening with fingers or pastry cutter. Beat eggs, water and vinegar in dish and add to dry ingredients. Mix all together. Can divide into 5 or 6 pastry shells or can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator indefinitely. When ready to use bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or if using fruit filling until done.
