ROAST 
2 lb. beef (roast)
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 laurel leaves
5 potatoes, diced
3 carrots
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. seasoning
1 can tomato sauce

Boil beef until water evaporates. Add oil and fry the meat. When meat is fried, add all ingredients except potatoes and carrots, green peppers and onion, and lower heat to cook slowly. When roast is almost done add potatoes, carrots, green pepper and onion and cook vegetables in the juice. Served with white rice.
