SUSAN'S PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. wide noodles, cooked and drained
14 oz. can mushrooms, drained
32 oz. jar Ragu with small amount of oregano or use pizza sauce (I use 2 cans Contadina pizza sauce)
4 oz. pkg. pepperoni
4 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese

Layer half the noodles, then half meat, half sauce, all the mushrooms and all the pepperoni. Repeat layers, ending with sauce. Cover with foil. bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes. Put cheese on top the last 5 minutes or until melted. Fills a 9 x 13 inch casserole or two 2 quart casseroles. Freezes well.
