FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. sliced carrots
2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. cauliflower florets
2 oz. (1/2 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, cut in strips

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of salt

Blanche veggies in boiling water for 1 minute. Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over drained veggies. Toss well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. At serving, add cheese. Toss well.
