QUICK AND EASY CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained & chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans, undrained
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
1 1/2 c. water
1 (1 3/4 c.) env. chili seasoning mix
1 env. instant onion soup mix

Cook ground beef in Dutch oven until meat is browned, stirring and crumbling; drain. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Yield about 9 cups.
