MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chicken, boiled & deboned
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. Dorito chips
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Put layer of chips in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with layer of cheese. Mix chicken, soups, tomatoes and onions - pour this over cheese and chips. Top with another layer of chips and cheese. Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted at 375 degrees.
