CALIFORNIA LINGUINI 
1 lg. cauliflower
4 cloves garlic
1 lb. linguini
1/3 c. olive oil
Salt to taste

Chop cauliflower heads (not stems) into small pieces and add to boiling water in medium pot. Cook for 10 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.

Saute garlic in oil in large skillet and add cooked cauliflower. Simmer in skillet 2 to 3 minutes.

Cook linguini about 10 minutes. Drain. Place in serving dish. Top with cauliflower and garlic and oil mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or Parmesan cheese.
