MARINATE: 1 clove minced garlic 1 1/2 tsp. salt Ground cumin 1/2 tsp. chili powder Crushed red pepper 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 lbs. of beef or chicken. Sliced into strips. Combine above ingredients and marinate meat 2 hours or longer. 3 to 4 tbsp. vegetables oil 1/2 c. sliced onion 1/2 c. chopped green onion 1 c. sliced red bell pepper and green bell pepper 8 tortillas warmed 2 avocado peeled and sliced (optional) Salsa Sour cream Quickly saute vegetables in oil. Remove saute marinated meat about 14 to 15 minutes. Toss with vegetables. Serve on tortillas. |
