SHRIMP SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
1 lb. shell noodles (sm.)
1 pkg. frozen baby peas
Caraway seed for boiling shrimp (about 3 tbsp.)
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles al dente, drain and chill. Cook shrimp with caraway seed (don't overcook). Drain and chill shrimp, then peel and devein shrimp. Cook frozen peas and chill.

Place chilled noodles in bowl and mix with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

Cut shrimp into pieces and add to bowl. Add chilled peas to bowl. Do one final mix and taste for salt and pepper.
