LEMON JELLY PIE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn meal
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
4 lg. eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Mix sugar, corn meal, flour, and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each egg. Stir in butter, milk, juice and peel. Pour into shell and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees (until set). Serve warm.
