SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
2 sticks Butter (real)
2 Eggs
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Cups Cake Flour (sifted)
1-16 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Pecans, optional

Cream butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add salt, baking powder and flour. Fold in sour cream with a spoon. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Pour 1/2 of batter in greased 9x13 pan or bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of brown sugar mixture over batter; repeat with remaining ingredients.

Bake 350°F for 35-55 minutes. Test with toothpick.
