RITZ APPLE PIE 
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
20 Ritz crackers

Mix together and boil for 3 minutes. Add the crackers and boil 1 minute more. Cool and add cinnamon, to taste. Put in pie crust and bake at 350-375 degrees until done.
