STIR - FRIED CABBAGE 
1/2 c. chopped white onion
1 sm. head cabbage or about 1 lb. shredded
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried savory

Saute onions in oil; add cabbage and stir until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients; cover and cook until cabbage is tender, but not soggy. Serves 4.
