STIR FRIED CABBAGE 
4 tsp. butter
2/3 c. celery, sliced
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green or red bell pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of pepper

In a non-stick pan, melt butter. Add celery and cook, stirring frequently, for one minute. Add vegetables and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce and pepper and cook for 1 minute longer. Makes 4 servings. 1 serving = 1 3/4 vegetable serving and 1/2 fat serving.
