TWICE BAKED POTATOES (MICROWAVE) 
4 med. potatoes, cleaned & dried
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 slices crisp fried bacon, crumbled
3/4 c. milk
Salt & Pepper

Prick potato skins with fork. Microwave on High 8 minutes. Turn potatoes over and microwave on High 8 minutes longer, slice top of potatoes lengthwise. Scoop out, save shells. Whip potatoes, add other ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into shells, microwave on High 5 minutes serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
