CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice Mix, cooked according to box
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 (6 oz.) can mushroom soup, reserve liquid
1 1/2 c. light cream
3 c. cooked chicken
Chicken broth

Prepare rice. Cook onions in butter until soft. Stir in flour, add mushroom liquid and broth to make 1 1/2 cups. Add to flour mixture. Add cream, cook until thick. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Cook at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Almonds, Pimentos and water chestnuts may be added also.
