UPSIDE DOWN NOODLE PUDDING 
1 lb. med. noodles, cooked
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 c. raisins

GLAZE:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. whole pecans

Rinse the noodles with cold water and drain after cooking. Add the remaining ingredients in order listed mixing well. Melt butter for glaze in a 13"x9" pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter. Press pecans into brown sugar. Pour in the noodle mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool in the pan 10 minutes. Run a knife around edges and invert onto a serving plate.
