1 summer (yellow) squash 1 zucchini (green) squash 2 celery stalks 1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms (optional) 1 lg. green pepper 1 med. size onion 1 can (8 oz.) stewed tomatoes 1 can (4 oz.) tomato paste Cut up all vegetables in bite size chunks. Place in pan. Stir in stewed tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Add seasoning to taste. |
