FUMI SALAD 
1 head cabbage, chopped
8 green onion, chopped
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles
8 tbsp. sesame seeds 2 (4 oz. pkg.)
8 tbsp. slivered almonds (1 pkg.)

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar OR sweetener
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. rice vinegar

Mix well in a jar.

Brown almonds and sesame seeds. Mix cabbage and chopped green onions in a large bowl, just before serving add toasted nuts and seeds and crumbled noodles. Add dressing just before serving or is you like noodles softer, add 1/2 hour before serving. Optional: Add 2 or 3 cups diced chicken, serve with French bread or hot rolls. A good luncheon dish (A large salad).
