CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage
2 pkgs. Ramen Chinese noodles
1 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. slivered almonds
5 green onions
Water chestnuts
Green peppers

DRESSING:

3 tsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Bring to a boil and cool.

Brown noodles and almonds in 3/4 cup butter. Let cool; add sunflower seeds. Mix in with cabbage.
