This is also the beginning of the "STICKY BONES SAUCE" Mix: Ketchup or tomato sauce Brown sugar or honey (a lot) Liquid smoke to taste Bring to a boil. Add the above soy sauce, sherry mixture, also vinegar, ginger to taste. Bake ribs for 30 minutes at 350, then for 2 hours with sauce on bad side then on good side. |
