SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
2 (24 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
3/4 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar

SOUFFLE: Mix together with hand mixer. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes covered.

TOPPING: Mix all ingredients together. Put on top of souffle after the 20 minutes is up. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Bake in a glass oblong dish. Makes about 10 servings.
