LEFTOVER CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Cooked chicken
1 can cream of broccoli soup
Velveeta cheese or your preference
1 sm. onion
1 box Stove Top Stuffing

Cut cooked chicken into bite size pieces. Place in baking pan. Add cut up onion. Add cheese slices to cover chicken, then add soup undiluted.

Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package directions. Place over top of mixture in baking dish. Bake covered about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
