POTATO REFRIGERATOR ROLLS - 4
DAY
 
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. soft shortening
2 eggs
1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
7 - 7 1/2 c. flour

Put in greased bowl. Cover with damp cloth, place in refrigerator 2 hours before baking and shape dough in rolls. Heat oven to 400 degrees and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
