BUTTER SCOTCH PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour, add with milk in saucepan. Beat egg yolks, add to first mixture. Add butter. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue. Made from egg whites.
