POTATO LEFSE 
3 c. instant potato flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Pour the potato flakes into a mixing bowl and add salt. Melt the butter into boiling water and add to the potato flakes. Add milk and stir in. Cool. Add flour and mix together with your hands. Form into balls. Refrigerate until they become quite cold. Roll out very thin and bake on a grill 500 degrees.
