VEGETABLE SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped tomato

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice in medium bowl. Add carrot, onion and green pepper to taste. Chill in refrigerator. Serve with crackers, chips or bite-size fresh vegetables or use as sandwich spread.
