1 head cabbage
4 to 5 shredded carrots
2 to 3 green onions with tops

Combine above ingredients. Pour the following dressing over.

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. celery seed
2/3 c. vinegar
Pinch of dry mustard

Bring the dressing to a full boil, pour over cabbage. Let set for 4 hours.
