COUNTRY RIBS BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sm. onions, diced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 5 minutes. Bake 2-3 pounds ribs for 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered. Pour off excess grease, then pour sauce over ribs. Cover and bake for another hour or until tender at 325 to 350 degrees.
