SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. melted butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs; mix well. Add vanilla and mix dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Can substitute diabetic 1/4 cup brown Sugar Twin for regular brown sugar.
