SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips
Chopped pecans

Mix flour and soda. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in a large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs and then gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on a cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.
