WEIGHT WATCHERS BISCUITS 'N
GRAVY
 
1 lb. roll turkey breakfast sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. skim milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 refrigerated biscuits, prepared as directed

Spray heavy skillet with release agent. Add sausage, onion and a little water (approximately 1/4 cup). Scramble meat and onion. Cook until done and water is evaporated. Stir in flour. Add milk and mushrooms with liquid. Cook until thick. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over biscuits. Doubled, this recipe makes a large pan full and we serve over toast.
