CUCUMBER SOUP CHILLED 
7 cucumbers
2 1/2 tsp. dill weed
4 c. sour cream
4 c. plain yogurt
1 qt. heavy cream
1/2 qt. water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. white pepper

Skin cucumbers. Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds, julienne, then dice fine.

Add other ingredients, whisk together; chill. Serve.
