SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD 
1 stick butter
1 c. cornmeal mix
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream corn

Melt butter in iron skillet or baking dish. Combine cornmeal, eggs, sugar and sour cream; mix well. Fold in cream corn; add melted butter. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees in a greased pan. Cornbread will brown on top, but will be soft. Serves 6.
