STUFFED SHELLS FLORENTINE | |
2 c. Ricotta cheese 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, slightly beaten 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed 24 jumbo shell macaroni, cooked and drained and cooled 1 (15 oz. or larger) jar spaghetti sauce (about 3 1/2 c.) In bowl, mix well first 6 ingredients. Stuff about 3 tablespoons cheese mixture into shell. In 13 x 9 pan, spread 1/2 of spaghetti sauce, spoon remaining sauce over shells. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
