FANNY'S RESTAURANT BREAD PUDDING 
4 c. cubed whole wheat bread
4 c. cubed white bread
4 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
12 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon to taste

Turn cubed bread into 9 x 12 inch baking pan. In saucepan, scald milk and butter. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Slowly add hot milk mixture, blending thoroughly; pour over bread and sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes or until liquid is set.

Meanwhile, prepare sauce. Remove pudding from oven and serve drizzle with sauce and topped with whipped cream.
