100 BROWNIES FOR LARGE GROUP 
3 c. flour
4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cocoa
1 c. shortening
8 eggs
1/2 c. Milnot
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream together all of the ingredients only until combined. Never add enough batter to pans to fill the pans to full. Use two large flat pans two inches deep measuring 25 x 30 inches.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not overbake and don't open the oven too long to check or temperature will drop and brownies will be dry.
