1 Duncan Hines yellow or white cake mix 3 eggs 1/3 c. oil 2/3 c. water Beat well and pour into greased 13 x 26 inch shallow pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees, let cool. FROSTING: 8 oz. cream cheese 6 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix 2 c.milk 15 oz. can crushed pineapple Cool whip (lg. size) 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. chopped pecans Maraschino cherry halves Beat cream cheese, pudding and milk well and spread over cooled cake. Drain crushed pineapple, spread over pudding mix. Spread Cool Whip topping over pineapple. Sprinkle coconut over Cool Whip topping. Top with Cool Whip with chopped pecans. Dot top with cherry halves.
