PEACH CRUNCH PIE | |
3 c. sliced peaches, fresh or canned 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. sugar 1 egg 6 tbsp. butter, melted Place peaches in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix self-rising flour, sugar and egg until lumpy. Spread this mixture over peaches. Pour melted butter over this. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6. (Great with vanilla ice cream while still warm.) |
