CHERRY CRUNCH 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
1 (21 oz.) can cherry, apple or peach pie filling

Mix all ingredients except pie filling. Put 2/3 of the dough in a greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Spread pie filling over dough in pan. Crumble remaining dough over pie filling. Bake about 30 minutes. Serve warm. 9 to 12 servings.
