LOW SODIUM/CHOLESTEROL CRUMB
CAKE
 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix above like pie crust. Remove 1/2 cup and reserve. Add: 1 c. sour skim milk 1 tsp. baking soda

Blend and pour into greased cake pan. Sprinkle reserved mixture over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
