CORN CHOWDER 
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can whole kernel corn with juice
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. milk

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil. Serve. It's also good with a small can of clams or shrimp added.
