AUNT MARION'S FRUIT SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
3 bananas
2 red apples

FRUIT SAUCE:

1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate, undiluted
3/4 c. cultured sour cream

Drain all canned fruit well. Slice bananas, chop unpeeled apples. Mix all fruit together gently and set aside.

To make sauce combine dry pudding with milk, orange juice concentrate and sour cream. Beat with wire whisk until smooth. Mix fruit into sauce with wooden spoon. Stir well, cover and chill. Yield: 10 servings.
