COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix with pudding in the mix

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. frozen coconut

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.

FROSTING: Mix all ingredients together and let stand overnight. Next day, after cake cools, add frosting and 1 more pack of frozen coconut. (Slice cake so you will have four layers.)
