COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
STEP 1:
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

STEP 2:
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce or cocktail sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Step 1: Mix all the above ingredients together under Step 1. Fry in 1/4 cup shortening; take out and drain.

Step 2: Mix sauce and jelly together in pan. Place meatballs in and simmer, uncovered 30 minutes.
