FREEZING - BOILING OKRA 
Gather small tender okra. Wash and cut stems off. Leave end and whole. In a large pot bring to a boil 1 quart water with 1 teaspoon fresh fruit. Pour okra into boiling water. Leave for 3 minutes. Pour off, drain okra. Freeze single layer. After okra is frozen place in freezer bags.

When you get ready to cook, place frozen okra in salted boiling water. Reduce heat. Add butter to season. Cook until tender. Delicious!
